Who you are shopping with
This website is operated by Aloha Organic. Contact us at aloha@alohaorganic.org or write to Aloha Organic, 47-540 Ahuimanu Road, Kāneʻohe, HI 96744. Visits and pickup require prior arrangement.
Products, options & prices
Review the selected size, color, quantity, product information, shipping method, and order total before submitting payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout, except for 55-gallon FARMGOLD freight, which is quoted and billed separately as described in our shipping policy.
Product availability can change. If an item cannot be fulfilled, or an error affects your order, we will contact you about the available resolution. Photographs and screen colors may differ from the appearance of the physical product.
Checkout & fulfillment
Shopify provides the new shop’s checkout and order-processing service. Aloha Organic fulfills its own products; Printful produces and fulfills made-to-order apparel. Mixed orders may be sent in separate parcels. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can fulfill and communicate about your order.
A checkout visibly marked as a preview or test accepts simulated test orders only. Do not enter real payment information into a test checkout. The current live store remains the destination for real purchases until the new checkout is launched.
Delivery, returns & cancellations
Our Shipping & pickup and Returns & order help policies explain delivery, freight, pickup, cancellations, and returns. Contact us before returning an item or arranging a farm visit. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.
Growing guides & research
Our educational material brings together growing practice and cited research. Read the relevant product directions, source methods, and limitations before applying information to your own growing conditions. A cited study or educational illustration does not promise a particular result from a product.
Please credit Aloha Organic when referring to our original content. Third-party research, photographs, and publications retain their own attribution and usage conditions.
Questions & updates
We may update these terms and policies as the shop changes. The date on each page identifies its latest revision. For help with an existing order, contact aloha@alohaorganic.org. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
