Where we ship
Available delivery destinations and charges appear at checkout. This shop is currently preparing for orders within the United States. Please contact us before ordering for an address that checkout does not support.
Aloha products
Plant and soil products and other items fulfilled by Aloha Organic ship from Kāneʻohe, Hawaiʻi. Where available, USPS Priority Mail is calculated at checkout with a 10% handling adjustment. The available bucket-shipping option is $65 per order. Choose a method offered for your order at checkout.
Carrier estimates describe transit after dispatch. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We will contact you if an item or shipment needs additional coordination.
Made-to-order apparel
Our apparel is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Production takes place before shipping, so an apparel order may arrive separately from your Aloha products. Production location, availability, shipping destination, and the items ordered can affect timing and delivery charges.
The shipping amount shown at checkout is the amount charged for that shipment. Product and shipping charges may include applicable fulfillment surcharges. We do not promise next-business-day dispatch for made-to-order items.
55-gallon FARMGOLD
The 55-gallon product price excludes freight. After purchase, we will contact you with a shipping and logistics quote. Shipping is payable separately before dispatch. A $0.00 shipping amount at checkout means no freight payment is collected at that stage; it does not mean freight is free.
Please contact us before purchasing if you need a freight estimate first. We will confirm delivery requirements and arrangements with you before dispatch.
Farm pickup
Free farm pickup is available for eligible Aloha products when offered at checkout. Orders are prepared for Thursday of the week after the order is placed. Please call Daniel at 808-542-1326 by Wednesday to confirm pickup for the following day. Allow about a week for fulfillment, and wait for confirmation before visiting.
Pickup location: Aloha Organic, 47-540 Ahuimanu Road, Kāneʻohe, HI 96744. Made-to-order Printful apparel is shipped by our fulfillment partner and is not available for farm pickup.
Tax, tracking & order help
Applicable tax is shown separately at checkout. Shipping and tax for a mixed order may be calculated separately for items fulfilled from different locations.
When tracking is available, it is provided with the shipping confirmation. If an address needs correcting, or a parcel is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact aloha@alohaorganic.org with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
